Orders, Shipping and Tracking
- How many days does it take to ship an item?
  • All products are made to order and will take 6-7 working days to ship, then another 4-5 working days to reach you depending upon your location.
- Do you ship items worldwide?

  • international shipping charges will calculated depending upon the destination to be delivered, The cost of the courier needs to be bourne by the customer.

  • Your card will be billed by Paypal when your payment is confirmed and subsequently the package will be shipped to its final international destination.

  • We try our best to ship the pieces to you within 3-4 weeks.

  • You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel

  • no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country

- Are there any shipping charges for domestic shipping?
  • free shipping on all orders after 3000 INR.

- Do you customise pieces?

Customisations once placed will take 7-8 working days to reach you. As our handloom fabrics are exclusive, you will be notified once we start your piece . The fabric diary keeps on changing, if by chance we run out of your chosen fabric, we shall update you at the earliest.

 
Returns and Cancellations
- I received my order but there’s an issue with it. Can I return it?
  • We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once a piece is sold it can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or have missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at wearelabeless@gmail.com and someone from our team will get in touch within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the pieces.
  •  For cancellanation or changes of placinng the order, email us within 36 hours of placing the order and we shall help you.

- I missed a detail while ordering. Is it possible to correct it?
  • write to us within 24 hours of your order placed and we will look into the possible changes
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.

  •  Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

  • The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, we will take care of the shipping.

  •  Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.

  • We reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

  • As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided that all terms and conditions are met).

(Note - All custom made orders are non-returnable.)

Payment and Refunds
- Refund terms
  • The products purchased from the WeAreLabeless website are currently either made to order or limited edition pieces. We accept returns / exchanges only within 48 hours of the customer receiving the product in case the customer is dissatisfied with the product.

  • Credit may be issued towards another purchase of equal or greater value in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction. Such a case is at the discretion of WeAreLabeless. If we pre-approve the exchange please be advised that return shipping of the purchased garment will be covered by the customer.

  • If you have any specific requests as regards sizing or certain features of your chosen purchase, we are more than happy to collaborate with you during the production process and cater to your needs to ensure your satisfaction with the piece. Feel free to email wearelabeless@gmail.com either before or after your purchase with said specifications.

  • The item must be returned with original tags intact and in original packaging. Garments worn and laundered will not be considered for exchange. Please be aware that customs, taxes or import duties are the customer’s responsibility in the event of an exchange.

  • WeAreLabeless reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without notice.

- What are the modes of payment I can use?
  • You can pay us through credit/Debit card, PayPal.
